The restaurant's intimate, local atmosphere is appreciated, though it is described as modest and somewhat unassuming from the outside. I came in here on my first day for Breakfast & Dinner, and both were absolutely lovely. I wish I had had another chance to come back again, but my schedule didn’t align. It is a must try - both the Focaccia in the morning& any pasti dish!
What a nice place.. keep in mind, just a "local " place. You probably will have no idea when passing this. As it proofs. It does not need to be too complicated.. just a straightforward nice steak. Perfectly done. Some potato's easy . Nice glass of wine.. perfect service and a great Triamisu .. just a place to go when you're around. Be on time.. get in at 12.. only just check your bill. Surprised to see what i paid later. About 40 euro.. something I have my doubts if this is correct... said ... Italian ???
The carbonara is legit. I also wished I tried the more traditional Tuscan sauces, but my stomach only have so much space
Brilliant little restaurant that was recommended to me. Authentic Italian food. The carbonara is the best I have ever had. Steak is beautiful… tender… heavily seasoned (perfect to my taste) Every time I return to Florence, I will eat here (twice so far!) The staff are very patient and accommodating… as I do not speak a word of Italian… but Google translate helps with communication!
Small restaurant with traditional Italian food, good prices and nice staff. Caprese a bit overpriced (13€). Excellent carbonara
Great restaurant, amazing food and great staff. Went twice during our 5 day stay in Florence and everytime it was amazing!
Great place, with a huge selection of sandwiches and the opportunity to create your own. The staff is really kind and makes every customer comfortable. Even main courses and side dishes are good, if you want to take a sit during your lunch break.
